If you cancel your trip, payment for time spent canceling your arrangements and services rendered up to that point become payable by you. See the World, LLC is not responsible for airline penalties (i.e. non-refundable or non-transferable airline tickets and fees), hotel penalties (i.e. non-refundable or non-transferable hotel promotions or deposits), or any other non-refundable or non-transferable deposit paid in advance. Passengers are responsible for obtaining and presenting all required personal documentation for their trips at airports or borders, including but not limited to passports, visas, birth certificates, drivers licenses, proof of vaccinations, pertinent travel documents or other documentation not listed herein. See the World is not responsible for any passenger denied boarding by a carrier for failure to have valid proof of citizenship. See the World strongly suggests that clients purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investments. Information will be provided on applicable travel insurance, and should coverage be denied clients will be asked to confirm in writing attesting to that fact. Travel suppliers issue tickets and reservations covering transportation, hotel accommodations and other services and facilities. Neither See the World nor these suppliers or their respective subagents shall be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury of person caused by strike, war, terrorism, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control. Neither See the World nor the airlines are responsible under any circumstances for any bodily or emotional injury you may suffer in connection with your transportation, accommodations or any other arrangements made on your behalf beyond their control. See the World will provide airline policy
information, but encourages you to also see the web sites for the individual
airline[s] you will be traveling with or contact them for information pertaining
to maximum liability for loss, damage or delay to checked baggage and other
conditions of travel. See the World assumes no responsibility for any passengers' independent flight, hotel or other arrangements made in conjunction with travel planning services we provide. See the World makes arrangements with airlines, hotels and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services your purchase. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements are made for your trip. However, we do not accept and expressly disclaim any liability for the actions or omissions of independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you find you have any dispute with such suppliers, however, we will give you as much reasonable help as we can in resolving the matter. See the World, LLC is not responsible for losses or damages arising from bodily or emotional injury, consequential damages, property or other economic damage caused by factors beyond our control, including flight delays, airline turbulence, transportation accidents or other unforeseen circumstances. Please understand that we cannot control and
will not be responsible for such factors as weather, government actions,
terrorism, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical or mental disabilities,
your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel
instructions. |
