Rates

Travel services performed through See the World are calculated at the rate of $5.00 per hour.

During the actual planning process, all documents are held by See the World; however, clients are kept apprised of arrangements made and may contact us at any time for further information or questions.

At the conclusion of each project, clients are provided with a complete package containing all documentation and information pertaining to their trip. The package will be delivered to the client in person when feasible, or by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail in cases when a personal meeting is not possible.


PLEASE NOTE: Payment for cruises, tours, vacation package deals and other bookings such as hotel accommodations, travel insurance, car rental and more provided through Ul-Tra Business Travel & Cruise Center can be paid via credit card.
Services for items such as travel planning services, customized itineraries, research, etc. are done through See the World, LLC, and can be paid with a personal check or money order.

Any supplemental costs incurred by See the World are the responsibility of the client. Such supplemental costs may include, but are not limited to:

• any necessary long distance telephone calls or facsimiles

• money orders in cases where credit cards or personal checks are not accepted

• shipping costs if the completed travel package cannot be provided to the client personally
  
  Should the client find it necessary to cancel a trip after the planning process has begun, See the World can take care of making the cancellations. However, payment will be due for the actual time spent planning and canceling the arrangements.
